Terms of Service

Introduction
These Terms of Service ("ToS", "policies") apply to you (the client) when commissioning me ("I", the artist).
Please read the agreement carefully and in its entirety. By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service.
I reserve the right to refuse your commission if it violates any policy listed here, or for any miscellaneous reason.

Payment
Invoices will be sent through Square. Payments are expected in full within 72 hours after receiving the invoice, unless discussed otherwise. Failure to complete the payment within the time frame will result in the commission being canceled. Payment plans may be discussed if necessary.
Commission prices are listed in USD (United States Dollar).
WIPs and Turnarounds
In general, most commissions will be completed within 2-5 weeks of payment. Please be aware that your wait time depends on a variety of factors, including your place in the queue, size, complexity, etc. Significant delays due to personal circumstances will be announced through social media, or be messaged to the client.
I am unable to honor any deadlines or rush orders at this time.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued based on the work completed. If the artist cancels the commission, a full refund will be given regardless of the progress. Refer to this chart as a tentative guideline for refunds.

Artwork Rights
• You are allowed to post your commissioned artwork anywhere you please with proper credit.
• You are not allowed to hide, remove, or remove the artist watermark, unless you are cropping the image for personal use (profile photos, banners, etc.).
• I retain full copyright to any artwork that I create. I retain the right to post completed artworks to my galleries and social medias, unless otherwise discussed.
• You are not allowed to profit off the artwork you commission from me. This includes selling the artwork as various forms of merchandise. These rights can be attained through a signed contract.
• If you would like to establish a contract with your commissioned artwork, let me know.
Privacy and NDA
If you wish to have your commission private, the request must be made during the ordering process. Unless discussed otherwise, the privacy request entails that WIPs will not be posted to social media, and your commission will be listed as private when posted on the queue.
